We all know how busy life can get. It can feel like your life is running you, rather than you running your life. The key to a healthy life is balance where your different activities are working in harmony with each other. In the body, we call this homeostasis. When the body is in harmony, the systems are in equilibrium and health is maintained. If that harmony is compromised, a host of illnesses and physical distresses can ensue.
Same is true for your auric field. Your aura vibrates; the colorful energies move in various rhythmic flows. When your aura is in harmony, your life moves in spiritual rhythm. When there is discord in you, these auric rhythms are disturbed, and can weaken or compromise the spiritual power you can employ. If the aura is out of rhythm, you can feel lost, engulfed by your cares and concerns. Yet how do you keep your spiritual equilibrium when the activities of life, and your own internal struggles, seem to pull you in different directions at the same time?
The first step is to realize that you have control over your aura and consciousness, but you must exercise that control. For example, there are spiritual energies that radiate from the chakras of the aura called active emanations. These active emanations look like rays of sunlight coming from the center of the chakras. These emanations can change color quickly. For example, if you are in a loving place, they can radiate a pink light reflecting that love. But if something got you angry or upset, those radiations can quickly change to a darkened color, revealing the anger or irritation you are feeling.
At the same time, there are other spiritual energies radiating from the chakras called fanning rays. These energies “fan out” from either side of the chakras and are quite striking to see clairvoyantly. They reveal a tendency of thought or feeling. In other words, they don’t change quickly like the active emanations. They change more slowly. So if you got angry over something but overall were in a loving place. Your active emanations would darken but your fanning rays would stay in a loving vibration. This would create conflicting energy flows in the aura, one moving in a healthy dynamic rhythm while the other affected by an immediate distress.
If you catch yourself soon enough, you can change the energy flow of the distressed active emanations back to a more positive flow restoring harmony to the aura. But if you let that anger or worry consume you, it can eventually change and darken the energy flow of your fanning rays. That means a deeper auric rhythm has been adversely affected, and this can cause sustained distress. You will feel it, and that feeling will not go away right away. This tells you something deeper is going on. Of course, you can turn around this darkened fanning ray back to the bright colors, but it will take more time and effort.
Nothing can disturb your auric field unless you permit it. If a curve ball is thrown in your life, the first thing to do is keep your equilibrium, even if the answer to a problem is not immediately forthcoming. Maintain your internal auric rhythms, and you will be better able to handle the things being presented to you, one at a time, and you will be moving in God’s rhythm. Meditating with Divine Light is a master key to maintaining your spiritual equilibrium, because it takes power to live in spiritual harmony.
