As we come upon this Holiday season we celebrate the birth of the Christ light and teachings that have transformed the world.
One of the most essential Christ teachings was on salvation. Tradition tells us that Jesus is our savior, saving humanity from it sins, and that salvation through Christ is the way back home to God. Yet Jesus taught metaphysically as well as religiously. His metaphysical teaching are sometimes referred to as his secret teaching. What were the metaphysical teachings of Jesus on salvation?
Metaphysically, salvation means the soul’s evolution and ascent to heaven and eternal life. When you are saved, you are brought into the kingdom of heaven—your spiritual destiny. When Jesus was teaching salvation, he was teaching the way to attain heaven. His secret teachings were a metaphysical training manual. And by practicing his mystical teaching, one could eventually attain the great goal of heaven.
Mystery Language and Rediscovered Wisdom
There is a mystery language. This language is encoded in the Bible so that both the religious soul and the metaphysical soul could study the same text and benefit. But to understand the mystery language, you had to have the mystical keys.
Because metaphysics was forced underground for many centuries, the existence of these teachings is only now resurfacing and is creating much excitement. With the findings of Nag Hammadi library, the Dead Sea Scrolls, and other ancient writings, we’re realizing there was a much richer spiritual heritage going on during the time of Jesus than previously thought.
Earth as a School and the Gradual Path of Salvation
You are here to grow your soul. Earth is a schoolhouse, and all your experiences are part of your spiritual growth. Jesus was not meant to be the exception, but the ultimate example, the ideal of what we are capable of achieving. And no more important example than this is in his teachings on salvation.
Salvation is not automatic. Our evolution to the heavenly state is gradual. You don’t go to heaven, you grow to heaven. Attaining salvation takes lifetimes to accomplish. Each incarnation on Earth is like another grade in school leading toward gradual perfection.
Spiritual Etheria and Ancient Mystical Traditions
In the metaphysical teachings, this heavenly place is called Spiritual Etheria. The goal is to get to Spiritual Etheria. There are many stages in that journey. In The Book of Revelation, “144,000 who had been redeemed from the earth” is a mystical reference to the many transformations of consciousness that happen to go from the mass unenlightened thinking of humanity to the enlightened state of a heavenly adept.
These heavenly mysteries existed long before the time of Jesus, but in the era of the Christ, and the coming Christ age, the time had come to bring new revelations about heaven and God to the many souls who were having their spiritual awakening and ready to unfold their potential.
It’s miraculous that after these teachings having been hidden for so long, the time has come for them to resurface. In many ways, today is apocalyptic, as it was in the time of Jesus, when we have the opportunity to climb the spiritual ladder greater than ever before. In the apostolic age, the metaphysical and the religious walked hand in hand, and they will do so again. They were always meant to be partners in the great journey of spiritual growth.
What does this mean for you?
If you have the spiritual calling, it means it’s your time to start on the journey to heaven. Not in some otherworldly place, but here, bringing heaven to earth. Bring that spiritual power here. Earn spiritual light, the fuel of your evolution, with your every good word, thought, act and deed.
It’s not if you’re going to get to heaven; it’s only a matter of when. Follow the example that Jesus and countless mystics through the ages have gone through and attained. Why not you?
The time is now to live that glorious life. As the ancient mysteries are coming to light, so you too are coming to the light of truth. Live by that higher consciousness. Refuse to get caught in the gloom and doom scenarios that would pull you down. Be in the world. Do the things that you need to serve, prosper and thrive. But strive to not be of this world, as you are a spiritual being cloaked in a physical body.
The Call of Spiritual Etheria
The greater life of Spiritual Etheria beacons you. As Jesus taught, “Lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven…” (Matt: 6:20) All the Divine light, love, and peace flows through Spiritual Etheria to reach you. Recognize the nobility of your soul, the glory of who you really are as part of the divine fabric of life. The spiritual mysteries reveal the mystery of you. Do your best to live in the spirit of the Christ teachings and the example Jesus gave, and they will take you to glorious higher states of consciousness and the life eternal.
